GENERALLY Each therapy session varies between clients through playtime with the doctor. Individuals can learn about specific strategies to address a multitude of concerns relating to personal challenges. Utilizing research-based techniques to teach strategies accompanied with the tools that help make problems more controllable over time. The doctor's method is tailored to the specific needs and intervention for the individual's desired outcomes. Through shared collaboration, the doctor may work with other treatment providers such as primary care physicians, psychiatrists, counselors, tutors, occupational/speech/physical therapists, or other professionals you may already be working with to support the individual's success.
These processes are indicative of the doctor’s care for a developed intervention plan, supporting treatment and lifelong wellness. Rates are dependent on a multitude of factors and the need for services, our range is between $159 - $359 per session for Individual/Family/Group Therapy. Our office offers payment options to help alleviate the full amount overtime while receiving services.
Please note, once services are rendered they are Final and Non-Refundable (Client Specific, Federally Protected and HIPPA Compliant).
INSURANCE We do not accept private/state insurance (aetna, cigna, united health, access, ahcccs, mercy care, az complete health, etc).
Our office will provide a finalized invoice (superbill) for payment of services that may be submitted to the insurance for possible reimbursement, though it is the client's responsibility to follow up on the claim.
PAYMENTS Our office accepts all major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers (personal check/wire), money orders and cash payments, including HSA’s (health savings account) with no bank processing fees.
In addition, we offer Afterpay (BNPL/buy-now-pay-later) as an alternative method for payment. This option allows clients to receive services with interest free pricing for up to 6 weeks in 4 installment periods. If chosen as a preferred method for payment, our office will include an Afterpay processing fee of $15 - $200 depending on the type of service selected.
