Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy carefully because they affect your legal rights, including your right to resolve any disputes that may arise between us. These Terms of Service (together with the Additional Terms below, the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions applicable to and governing your access to and use of any and all website and apps, whether mobile, tablet, smart watch or otherwise, of Psych Assessment Resources, PLLC. and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (current and/or future) under the PAR, PLLC. brand (collectively, “PAR”, ”we”, “us,” or “our”) on which these Terms are posted digitally, including all features, functionalities, services and content made available through such websites and apps (collectively, the “Digital Properties”). SUBJECT TO YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS, USE OF THE DIGITAL PROPERTIES, OR ANY OF THE FEATURES, FUNCTIONALITIES, SERVICES OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DIGITAL PROPERTIES AND OUR COMMUNICATION, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THEY FORM A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND PAR, PLLC. AS A USER OF OUR SERVICES, YOU MAY ESTABLISH CERTAIN ONLINE ACCOUNTS, ACCESS OTHER PAR MATERIALS AND CORRESPOND THROUGH THE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS. USE OF THE SERVICES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, DOES NOT GUARANTEE SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED WITH PAR.

​These Terms of Service, Use and Conditions may change at any moment without prior notice as we continue to evolve our business, as well as the Digital Properties ("parpllc.com") or any portion thereof to our Communication Channels (“text”, “chat”, “email”).​ ​If we change these Terms, we will post the revised Terms online and such changes will be effective immediately upon that posting.​ ​ Your continued use of the Digital Properties and our Communication Channels constitutes your acceptance of such changes and agreement to be bound by the modified Terms, and so we recommend that you review these Terms periodically by printing or saving a copy when accessing or using the Digital Properties and our Communication Channels for your reference, as we may update from time to time.

Our Communication Channels and any attachments may contain PRIVILEGED OR CONFIDENTIAL information under state and federal law that is intended only for the use of the specific individual(s) to whom it is addressed. This information may be used or disclosed only in accordance with law, and you may be subject to penalties under law for improper use or further disclosure of the information in our communication channels and its attachments. If you have received this in error, please immediately notify PAR and then discard the original communication.

​PAR may refuse or discontinue services (treatment) at any time, for any reason. Upon client/patient discharge, PAR will assess collected payment and services provided. All fees are non-refundable and up to the discretion of PAR to return any portion or not for services rendered.
